How can I place my order?
You can order our products from our website via our secure and discreet online system. Every time you click "add to cart", you will have an opportunity to view your cart and you may add to or delete items from your order. When you are satisfied with your selections, you will then be prompted to create a customer ID and password or if you are returning registered customer, you will be prompted to sign in using your customer ID and password.

Your online orders are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Ordering through our web site with a credit card is as secure as using your credit card in any retail store.

Why do I need to create an account to place an order?
We require you to create an account so that you can have access to your order history and tracking information for orders shipped.

No! OhMiBod does not sell or distribute customer information in any way. If you choose to receive updates about new products by joining our email list we will use your information for OhMiBod updates only. We hate receiving spam so we will not send it to you!

When is my credit card charged for orders placed through your site?
We charge you credit card after your order ships. When your order is placed we place an authorization on your card but the funds are not removed until we ship it out.

Do you accept any other payment methods?
We also accept payment via Paypal. Just click on the yellow PayPal button located at the bottom of your shopping cart.

Your purchase will appear as a charge from Suki, LLC.

No, unless you ask us to when you are checking out or updating your OhMiBod account profile.

Do you charge sales tax?
No. We operate out of New Hampshire and are not required to collect sales tax.

Can I send your products as a gift?
Yes. In fact, we think our products are one of the few gifts that keep on giving! You will just need to click the "gift" option at checkout. We will ship the product with a packing slip that does not show the pricing. You also have the option of choosing to have the product gift wrapped for a nominal fee.

Shipping

How are my orders shipped to me?
We ship all of our orders discreetly. Your orders will arrive in a standard brown corrugated box sent via the UPS delivery of your choice. We ship using recycled and biodegradable materials whenever possible. The return address label on the package is from Suki, LLC.

Where are orders shipped from?
All of our orders are shipped from our distribution center in the United States.

How soon will I receive my order?
We ship out all orders within two business days after order receipt. Please allow up to a week for UPS Ground delivery. Expedited shipping options are also available.

Who covers duties and taxes on international orders?
The order recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes applicable in the country of delivery.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to addresses with a PO box.

Yes, we ship orders to Mexico via USPS. Unfortunately, due to customs policies we are unable to ship orders via UPS to recipients in Mexico.

Yes! We ship via USPS to addresses with APO and FPO boxes.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. A customer care representative will get back to you within 1 business day.

What is your return policy?
Our policy is to keep our customers happy and satisfied with their purchases from OhMiBod. If you are dissatisfied with any item, you may return it unopened and/or unused within 21 days of receipt for a store credit, refund or exchange. We will accept returns for all defective items within 30 days of receipt for a store credit, exchange, refund or replacement. When returning an item, please contact customer care for an RMA number to facilitate quick returns and exchanges.

Can I become a part of the Club Vibe community anonymously?
Yes. If you want to participate in the community and share your play lists or experiences on the OhMiBlog, you can do this by creating a username of your choice along with a password.

How do I post an iMix?
It is easy to do. Just launch iTunes from Apple Computer, take a play list you've already created and under the "File" menu select "Create an iMix". They walk you through it from there. Make sure to start your iMix name with "OhMiBod -" Whatever you name it. This way other OhMiBod users will be able to identify and find your published iMixes on the iTunes store. How are my play lists/iMixes shared anonymously?
When you create an iMix on the Apple iTunes store, there is no mention of your username or identity. Other users can search for all the iMixes you posted as a user, but your identity is not revealed.

Are your products sold with batteries?
Only the Naughtibods are sold with batteries.

What batteries are used with your products?
The OhMiBod, OhMiBod G-Spot, and Boditalk require 2 AA batteries. The Boditalk escort requires 2 AAA batteries and the Naughtibods use 3 1.5V "N" type batteries.

What type of material are your vibes made of?
All of our vibes are made out of premium grade hypoallergenic non-toxic, non-porous ABS plastic and are latex and phthalate free. The Naughtibod also has a PU coating.

What type of material is your Pinkie sleeve made of and how do I keep it clean?
The Pinkie sleeve is made of polymer, a porous material. We recommend using a condom with this sleeve to help keep it clean and bacteria-free. Wash with mild soap and water, dry thoroughly and store in a cool, dry place.

No. Due to the nature of the products and the electronic components in the end cap do not submerse in water.
